First step: application fee
The application fee for new distributorship is 50,000 yen. The amount is not refundable, but will be credited in full back to you when you place an order as our distributor. We accept credit card payment for application fee. To submit
your credit card information, please use our secure form at https://www.kenrico.com/orderform.html
The application fee enables our credit company to verify the background of individuals or companies as well as credit standing. It is also to protect our current distributors to ensure that we are not undercutting our distributors' customers. This
process may take up to 5-7 days. For the application fee, currently we do not accept payment by bank transfer other than by credit card. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until we have received your credit card
authorization form (look below).
Second step: download & fax
Download the credit card authorization form at http://www.kenrico.com/authform.pdf, then print, fill up and fax it to our first facility at +81-547-47-2251 or to our second facility
at +81-547-47-3221. Please note we will process your credit card only upon receiving your faxed credit card authorization form.
Third step: samples
The samples of our products will be shipped to you after the completion of the first and the second steps.
Important information
Purchasing requirement, pricing, and other details
To avoid us wasting your valuable time, we would like to inform you in advance that there is a minimum initial order for new distributor. For our sap sheet or detox pads, the requirement is a first purchase totaling no less than 3,000,000 yen (3
million Japanese yen or about USD$30,000). Because of our production method, the amount is not negotiable for the first order *. If the purchasing requirement suits your company's
purchasing plan, at the completion of the third step, we will provide further information such as pricing information, product licensing information, and information of past, in-progress, and future clinical studies.
Please note that the minimum initial order must be met and the distributorship agreement must be signed by both parties before the applicant can be considered a distributor.

* The minimum initial order is negotiable if you are a licensed medical doctor or physician, Nurse Practitioner(NP), Physician's Assistant (PA), Independent Duty Medical Technician (IDMT), licensed chiropractor, licensed massage therapist. You must
provide us legalized copies of your practice or medical license(s) and details of your practice.
