A few questions about conditions/patches

Some questions-

1. I am on a beta-blocker for tachycardia (fast heart rate). The beta-blocker causes poor circulation in my hands and they are always cold. Which detox patch(es) and schedule would be best for this?

2. I get severe menstrual cramps migraines. Which detox patch(es) and schedule would be best for both?

3. I have some sort of nerve damage in my left upper arm due to being a nanny and carrying kids a lot and it flares up every now and then and is a shooting pain. Which detox patch(es) and schedule would be best for the pain? And would you suggest placing it directly on the arm?

4. Lastly, which detox patch(es) and schedule would you recommend for anxiety?
