Hi Deniz,

A goiter is an enlargement to the thyroid gland. It is caused by hashimoto's thyroiditis, thyroid cancer or iodine deficiency. We highly recommend the gold edition pads (TRMX-2i). If the condition is severe, our green edition pads (KX-2) is recommended to treat this condition. In case that the condition is caused by thyroid cancer, please ensure to add the special edition (CCi) pads into the usage schedule.

Monday: TRMX-2i/KX-2 and CCi
Tuesday: TRMX-2i/KX-2 and CCi
Wednesday: TRMX-2i/KX-2 and CCi
Thursday: Rest
Friday: TRMX-2i/KX-2 and CCi
Saturday: TRMX-2i/KX-2 and CCi
Sunday: TRMX-2i/KX-2 and CCi

Daily dosage is 2 to 4 pads per day.

For application area, please concentrate the application on the reflex points of thyroid glands according to reflexology chart at http://www.kenrico.com/kenrico_reflexology.html.
