You can wear our pads while performing activities and/or while your body is at rest or during bedtime.
For dosage of 4 pads per day every day, you can apply 2 pads on each foot (total 4 pads per applicaton) 1x (once) a day OR 1 pad on each foot (total 2 pads per application) 2x (twice) a day.
On Monday's schedule, 2 AGi can be administered on the spleen and 2 CCi can be administered on the stomach and small intestines. OR, 1 AGi on the spleen and 1 CCi on the stomach or small intestines twice a day (once in the day and once in the night). Both AGi and CCi must be administered at the same time.
