Allergies & heart condition

I have not yet tried these pads. I am on medication for cardio myopathy or enlarged heart. I also am suffering from allergies to something growing in town. Dunno what it is but on a day when it's bothering me it feels like something squeezing my lungs shut. :( I leave town and breathe better. Also get excessive mucous production at those times.

Suggestions to try? Anything I should check on considering the heart meds? I need to know specifically which questions to ask my doctor.
