Back pain can develop due to stretch injury to ligaments, muscles and tendons, damages to the nerves, discs or joints. When treating back pain, it is best to apply the Supreme Gold Edition (TRMX-3). TRMX-3 is very effective for treating the injury because it has analgesic (anti-pain), anti-inflammation and anti-depressant (anti-stress) properties. We highly recommend the TRMX-3 for treating the condition.
If there is a damage to the muscles, ligaments, nerves, tendons, etc, the Super Detox Edition (ZEO) or the Superior Edition (LEXIRIN) are best included to repair the broken cells.
We recommend the following schedule:
Monday: ZEO and TRMX-3
Tuesday: LEXIRIN and TRMX-3
Wednesday: ZEO and TRMX-3
Thursday: LEXIRIN and TRMX-3
Friday: ZEO and TRMX-3
Saturday: LEXIRIN and TRMX-3
Sunday: ZEO and TRMX-3
Daily dosage is from 2 to 4 pads per day every day.
Placement areas on the feet according to the reflexology chart:
TRMX-3: Brain stem / cerebellum / head, liver, kidney, back of neck, lower back
ZEO: Back of neck, lower back
LEXIRIN: Back of neck, lower back
We recommend a continuous use every day especially if there is damages to the nerves, discs or tendons. Administering just 2 of our pads every day at bed time can promote body balance and significantly reduce the likelihood of developing back pain.
