Hi Elena,

If it is not nettle rash (urticaria), it could be eczema. Eczema is an inflammation to the epidermis of the skin with itching, dryness, reddish and swelling. It appears on the surrounding skin areas of the joints or flexors.

Eczema can be caused by chemicals. Chemicals from the detergent, for example, can trigger eczema. Sunlight exposure can also cause similar dermatitis.

If the skin problems appear on the scalp, face, trunk and eyebrow, it may be a sign of biotin deficiency. Overconsumption of egg whites reduces biotin levels in the body, so it is best to adjust the diet. Egg whites are used in large quantities for bread and cakes making.

To treat eczema, we highly recommend the supreme detox edition (TRMX-3). A daily dosage of 2 to 4 pads per day can significantly reduce the symptoms.

Because the skin has a high risk of being damaged due to scratching, the blue edition (FX-2) and super detox edition (ZEO) are also highly recommended to prevent skin infection and to repair the damaged skin.

Including the silver edition (AGi) into the usage schedule is also highly recommended.

We recommend the following schedule:
Monday: FX-2 and TRMX-3
Tuesday: ZEO and TRMX-3
Wednesday: FX-2 and TRMX-3
Thursday: AGi and TRMX-3
Friday: FX-2 and TRMX-3
Saturday: ZEO and TRMX-3
Sunday: FX-2 and TRMX-3

Daily dosage is 2 to 4 pads per day.
