breast lumps and swollen lymph nodes

I have just ordered the gold foot pads. I was wondering if they are the correct ones for lumps in the breasts and swollen lymph nodes under my arms. Should I put them on the soles of my feet or on top of the foot where the breast area is on the reflexology chart, or even on the breast or underarm area. Will just putting them on the bottoms of my feet be enough? Are the gold pads enough or do I need others instead or in addition to them? I appreciate your help.
