Hi Amanda,

Using the gold edition pads (TRMX-2) during the weekdays and green edition pads (KX-2) during the weekends can be very beneficial for reliving symptoms related with candida and hot flashes.

Cystic acne can be treated with the green tea pads (CC) and silver edition pads (AG). We recommend using the CC and AG pads as soon as possible. If cystic acne is not treated on early stages, some degree of scarring may occur.

We recommend the following schedule:
Monday: CC and TRMX-2
Tuesday: AG and TRMX-2
Wednesday: CC and TRMX-2
Thursday: AG and TRMX-2
Friday: Rest
Saturday: CC and KX-2
Sunday: AG and KX-2
