Hi Carm,

If the weight gain poses more problems than the sinus, you can incorporate the grapefruit pads (SS1Li) or the enhanced grapefruit pads (TG-1i) into the same usage schedule that we recommended for Miriam.

However, if the sinus gives you more intermittent problems than the weight, it is best to stay with the same schedule as Miriam. When the sinusitis is relieved, you can proceed with the weight loss program with the SS1Li or TG-1i.

To incorporate SS1Li or TG-1i into the usage schedule for sinusitis, we recommend incorporating the TG-1i into the Tuesday and Thursday schedule as below:
Monday: FX-2 and TRMX-3
Tuesday: AGi and SS1Li/TG-1i
Wednesday: TUV and TRMX-3
Thursday: FX-2 and SS1Li/TG-1i
Friday: AGi and TRMX-3
Saturday: TUV and TRMX-3
Sunday: FX-2 and TRMX-3

Daily dosage is 2 pads per day.

FX-2: Frontal sinus, nose, stomach, intestines
AGi: Thyroid glands / thymus, spleen
TUV: Stomach, small intestine, ascending large intestine, transverse colon, descending large intestine
TRMX-3: Brain stem / cerebellum / head, liver, kidney
SS1Li or TG-1i: Stomach, small intestines
