The most important treatment for stress fracture is rest for about 6-8 weeks. Stress fracture is an overuse injury that occurs when muscles become fatigued and are unable to absorb added shock. The fatigued muscle transfers the overload stress to the bone causing a tiny or hairline crack.

Currently there is nothing stronger than the hot edition because the hot edition is the strongest pads made for muscle relieve. If you are experiencing pain and swelling, you may want to add the TRMX-2 pads and the EXA-2 pads to stimulate your meridian points (acupuncture points) to relieve pain and to reduce the swelling by tuning the blood circulation.
