The enchanced grapefruit pads (TG-1) or the grapefruit pads (SS1L) are highly recommended for weight loss. The TG-1 and SS1L pads can be used after meal or at bedtime, and should be applied directly on the reflex points at foot soles that correspond to stomach and intestines.

Tuesday: TG-1/SS1L
