Dysmenorrhea is a uterine pain during menstruation and is very treatable with the supreme gold edition (TRMX-3). TRMX-3 contains the highest amount of 8.5 grams of ingredients with sporopollenin (USA patent 7182965 and Japanese patent 4485940). We also highly recommend the raspberry edition (SS2Li) when administering the TRMX-3.
When experiencing period pain, administering 2 to 4 pads per day is highly recommended. For daily use, 2 pads per day is best to reduce the reoccurence.
People with dysmenorrhea usually have acid reflux too. If you experience acid reflux, please include the soothing edition (Aqua Cool TUV) or the enhanced soothing edition (Enhanced Aqua Cool TUV with Carbon Titanium) into the usage schedule. Users also normally choose the grapefruit edition (SS1Li) to treat acid reflux, but the soothing edition is more effective in this case.
Monday: TRMX-3
Tuesday: SS2Li and TRMX-3
Wednesday: TUV and TRMX-3
Thursday: SS2Li and TRMX-3
Friday: TUV and TRMX-3
Saturday: TRMX-3
Sunday: TRMX-3
Daily dosage is 2 pads per day. When experiencing pain during menstruation, increase the dosage to 4 pads per day.
