eczema

Hi again all my other questions are for different people so please dont mix them! My friend has skin problem. He gets small patches of skin grow on his face and later these tend to fall after a year. But these also spread out if scratched. Also he has eczema on his one foot. It makes white patches on his foot. The doctor recommended Econazole Nitrate which works good, but how should he detoxify himself. He has used Kenrico silver patches which produced white hardened patches for three nights and fourth night resulted in brown gooey discharge.
He also got a lot of red blothches of blood/(pimples?)on his skin, which look like tiny bubble with blood in it on top of skin.
