Hi there,

The symptoms are most likely plaque psoriasis. Psoriasis is caused by the disorder to the immune system. Factors that may aggravate psoriasis include stress, excessive alcohol consumption and smoking.

Plaque psoriasis is very treatable with the supreme gold edition (TRMX-3) or the gold edition (TRMX-2i). Since the condition sounds severe, the supreme gold edition (TRMX-3) is preferred. The silver edition (AGi) is not the pads for treating psoriasis, therefore please ask your friend to immediately switch the AGi with the TRMX-3.

We recommend a daily use of the TRMX-3 with dosage of 2 to 4 pads per day. For application area, please ask your friend to administer the TRMX-3 onto the reflex points of brain, thymus or spleen according to the reflexology chart at http://www.kenrico.com/kenrico_reflexology.html.
