Enhanced Grapefruit - Timing

Hi. I'm currently using Gold and Enh.Grapefruit patches (not at the same time). Gold at night and Enh. Grapefruit during day time. If not this, what would be the most efficient way of using Enh. Grapefruit for weight loss purposes? I am already following a healthy diet and exercise program during the day also. Is the effect of Enh. Grapefruit different if I use it at night time instead?
