The supreme gold (TRMX-3) and gold edition (TRMX-2i) can be used anytime during the day or night for full effect. Most users prefer the TRMX-3 daily during resting, while sitting working or at bedtime.
Users reported faster effect when using the grapefruit edition (SS1Li) or the enhanced grapefruit edition (TG-1i) after meal and also at bedtime. When you sleep with your stomach full, the TG-1i can prevent the accumulation of fats when you sleep. If you have already reached your perfect weight, the grapefruit edition (SS1Li) is best as maintenance program instead of the TG-1i. TG-1i is the stronger version of the SS1Li and most suitable as weight reducer.
