feet have deep cracks, bleed

My feet has been awful for awhile. I pick at them, I peel off the thickened, cracked skin and buff them down, but it comes back - it happens over and over again. Sometimes they crack and bleed, and it hurts to even walk - but mostly it's toughened skin that cracks and seems to never end! Besides being ugly, it hurts when it cracks open and bleeds. I have had a lot of stress for 10+? years and I don't remember having this before 10 years ago...help?

*Also I have to wear reading glasses all the time, otherwise it is very very fuzzy, hard to drive at night or see tv, etc. help please with which patches and schedule? thank you!!!
