Re(1): feet have deep cracks, bleed
You may be suffering from heel fissures. Fissures are cut wounds and affect the surface of the skin, such as epidermis and dermis. The real problem starts when the cut gets into the dermis and causes bleeding. When it bleeds, the germs on the feet can cause infection and it can be very painful.
Heel fissures are usually a sign of zinc deficiency, omega-3 fatty acids deficiency and lack of moisture on the skin. Wearing our patches can actually increase moisture and the health of the skin, preventing the occurence of cracks. The first grade vinegar and vitamin C in our patches can improve the skin condition of the applied areas and prevent infection due to its antiseptic property. Since the cracks on your feet bleed, following the schedule that we recommended previously can reduce the occurence and prevent infection.
If you have zinc or omega-3 fatty acids deficiency, eating fresh food may be the best source. Beef, lamb, pork, chicken, clams, salmon and dairy products such as cheese are the source of Zinc. If you are vegetarian, you can also obtain Zinc from pumpkin. Omega-3 fatty acids are abundant in fish and in fruits such as kiwi, perilla and black raspberry.
Frequent stress can deteriorate vision because eyes are the extension of the brain and are actually made from specialized brain cells. We highly recommend that you follow the schedule with TRMX-3 and ZEO that we recommended earlier so that your condition can improve immediately.
All the best,
Kenrico Support
