Problems to the accessory navicular are actually not uncommon. The condition is more common to females. To avoid surgery, patients normally undergo therapy that involves stretching exercise to the tendon and supporting the arch area of the foot by wearing braces.

We highly recommend the gold edition pads (TRMX-1, TRMX-2 or TRMX-2i) and the hot pink edition pads (WRX-2i) to alleviate the symptoms, such as pain that are associate with the navicular problems. Placing the pads directly onto the middle of the feet (the arch area) at bedtime can help support the arch, increase flexibility, and protect the sore area, removing the need of wearing a brace.
