Your symptoms may be an early sign of repetitive use injuries to the rotator cuff. Rotator cuff is the tendons that surround the shoulder joint. This tendon can wear thin and a rotator cuff tear can develop. Stiffness and inflammation to the shoulder is also common before developing a rotator cuff tear.

We highly recommend a daily use of the gold edition (TRMX-2i), red edition (EXA-2i) and super detox edition (ZEO) with carbon titanium adhesives for your condition. Placing the pads directly onto the reflex points of shoulder is recommended.

Besides for removing heavy metals, the TRMX-2i is also the chosen pads to control pain and inflammation. Using the EXA-2i and ZEO at night at bedtime is more than sufficient to increase blood circulation to your shoulder and repair any tissues that are damaged.

Reducing the weight dependency to your right shoulder is best to prevent the problems. Purchasing a better backpack organizer or a monopod/unipod is another method to reduce the carrying weight. Some photographers go to the extreme by attaching a caster to the monopod. Seeing a physio in your local gym to obtain a rotator cuff strengthening program is also recommended to prevent the injuries.
