Hi Kim,

Lavender pads (SS3Li) are intended for relaxation and for the removal of body odor. They are not the pads intended for treating anxiety nor blood pressure. SS3Li also do not cause anxiety nor elevated blood pressure.

The users most likely were trying to treat anxiety with the SS3Li, which is not the correct pads. The supreme detox edition (TRMX-3) and the red edition pads (EXA-2i) are the correct and the proven pads for the treatment of anxiety. Please ensure that the users are using the correct pads to treat their symptoms according to the prescribing information at http://www.kenrico.com/prescribing.html.
