Menstrual symptoms

Posted on July 1, 2009 at 08:41:20 PM by TJackson
I was wondering if there was a schedule that I can follow during my menstrual cycle. I have terrible migraines that last for a week or so with nausea and vomiting during this time and I also have pretty bad cramping during the first 2-3 days. Is there anything that I can do to help alleviate these symptoms during that week? Thank you for your help.
