MRSA & Lyme with co-infections

I have lyme, babesia, bartonella and erlichiosis. I have been on antibiotics for about 1 1/2 years. I see you recommend the blue patches for this? Is there any particular placement? Also, I recently developed MRSA and am breaking out all over my face with huge cysts that are not stopping. They ooz continuously and I am terrified my family will get this as well because it is really uncontrolled. What pads are suggested & how should they be placed? My doc told me I also have a incorrectly treated inner ear staph infection that will not go away. I have had an mastoidectomy and ossicular reconstruction! My hearing is fuzzy (not tinny) muffled all of the time!
