You may find the TRMX-2 very useful for helping you treat PMS related symptoms. Most of the symptoms that you mentioned are related to the PMS. Bloating in your digestive system and seasonal allergies may also play a role in increasing your stress level. PMS is more common in women with stress.

To treat bloating due to bad yeast and allergies, we highly recommend the blue edition pads (FX-2) or green edition pads (KX-2) for bloating and silver edition pads (AG) for allergies.

Please use the TRMX-2 everynight by alternating it with FX-2 and KX-2 to relieve the symptoms once and for all.

You may also want to try our antiseptic mask with bamboo vinegar when going outdoor to prevent dust, mold, yeast and pollen from getting into your system.
