Need Advice for various problems

I am 37 and have been having muscle pain and spasms since I was 16. I occasionally get trigger point shots but it doesn't help.Most of my muscle pain is in my neck and down my spine to about mid-back. I have been diagnosed with chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, restless leg syndrome, TMJ and irritable bowel. I think I could be infected with parasites because my Mother and I both raise dogs and I go barefoot a lot. I also suspect that my Lymphatic system is not working properly, because my lymph nodes on the right side only always feel uncomfortable and congested.The past 7 months I have been pretty much bed ridden and even starting to get pressure sores from being in the bed so much. I've lost my appetite and lost around 30 lbs-down to 115lbs now. I have been on so much medication, muscle relaxers, anti-depressants, anti-anxiety meds that I am concerned about my liver. Also all the pain I have is in my right side only. No problems on the left at all. I am so sick, tired and in pain constantly that I am not at all the person I used to be. 341 Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. By the way, I just started using FX-2 and KX-2. Would it be okay to apply them directly to the painful muscle spasms? Thanks.
