Hi Martha,

The mood swings is most likely the result of hormonal changes. Excess production of hormones during puberty can cause mood swings in girls and boys. When the mood swings becomes uncontrollable, it can degrade the quality of sleep.

We encourage your 11 year old nephew to use our pads. The super detox edition (TRMX-3), green edition (KX-2) and the silver edition (AGi) are highly recommended. AGi pad is also the pad for acne treatment.

We recommend the following schedule for your nephew:
Monday: KX-2 and TRMX-3
Tuesday: AGi and TRMX-3
Wednesday: KX-2 and TRMX-3
Thursday: AGi and TRMX-3
Friday: KX-2 and TRMX-3
Saturday: AGi and TRMX-3
Sunday: KX-2 and TRMX-3

Daily dosage is 2 pads per day.
