Hi Neil,

You body is detoxing at a faster rate than normal because you used 6 pads per one application instead of 2 pads per application. Eventhough you can get rid most of the toxins in short period of time by going over the dosage, we recommend you to not go over 4 pads per day unless recommended because you are still a new user and your body needs some time to adjust to the detoxification process.

Body that is clean from internal toxins can give one the feeling of rejuvenated which is evident by the surge of the energy that you experienced the next day. We recommend that you start with 2 pads per day. When your body has adjusted to the detoxification process, you can increase the daily dosage up to 4 pads or more (maximum of 8 pads) per day.
