Re(1): Pelvic floor
There is an exercise called the Kegel exercise that may help the strength of the pelvic muscle. It may help many women (and men) from stress incontinence as they get older and to strengthen the vaginal walls. The muscle can be identified by attempting to stop the urine flow during urination without using the leg muscle. Once the muscle is identified, the exercise can be done twice a day for 5 minutes by squeezing the muscle for a count of 4 and relax for another count of 4.
Pessaries and surgical repair can be avoided by avoiding too much pressure in abdomen, avoid heavy lifting, treat constipation, quit smoking and maintain healthy a weight. To have a good and healthy bowel movement and to prevent constipation, the soothing edition (Aqua Cool TUV) is highly recommended. In addition, the enhanced grapefruit (TG-1i) pads can reduce weight by eliminating excess fats, so users that want to reduce weight are recommended to use the TG-1i pads.
Besides Kegel exercise, strengthening the pelvic muscle (uterus and vaginal walls) can also be done by using the raspberry pads (SS2Li). Raspberry in the SS2Li can help streghtening the pelvic muscles (uterus and vaginal walls), regulates menstrual flow, and helps prepare the body for childbirth. It is also highly valued for its soothing and astringent properties to the stomach and intestinal tract (for constipation). The SS2Li pads are normally chosen by female users that are preparing their body for pregnancy and wants to be fit after the childbirth.
Psychological or emotional problems may not play any role in the onset or continuation of the stress incontinence caused by weak pelvic muscle. But, once incontinence is chronically present in our life, it is very difficult not to be affected psychologically and socially (socializing and intimacy often suffer) causing stress even depression that leads to the development of more acute diseases. Women after childbirth and both men and women as they get older usually suffering from this condition. To prevent depression, reduce stress, sleeplessness and other conditions such as to alleviate headaches, blurred vision, improve learning ability, logical thinking & creativity and overal body function, the gold edition pads (TRMX-2i) or the green edition pads (KX-2) are highly recommended. KX-2 is recommended for condition that requires more attention.
We recommend the following schedule and placement area for cystocele/rectocele care:
Monday: SS2Li and TUV
Tuesday: TRMX-2i or KX-2
Wednesday: SS2Li and TUV
Thursday: Rest
Friday: SS2Li and TG-1i
Saturday: TRMX-2i or KX-2
Sunday: SS2Li and TG-1i
Placement are:
SS2Li: Pelvic
Aqua Cool TUV: Stomach, small intestines, duodenum, colon, rectum
TRMX-2i or KX-2: Brain, liver and kidney
TG-1i: Small intestines
Daily dosage: 2-4 pads according to the recommended pads for that particular day.
All the best,
Kenrico Support
