Limbs that go numb may be a sign of cardiovascular problem or problems to the heart. Although the numbness only occurs sometimes, it may become more profound in the future if not treated. Losing weight is a very good choice because too much fats can clog arteries.

To lose weight, we recommend the enhanced grapefruit edition (TG-1i). For improving your blood circulation, the red edition (EXA-2i) is the best pad to increase blood flow.

Poor digestion (lots of gas, little energy from food) may be caused by malabsorption. Malabsorption happens when the small intestines become unable to absorb one or more substances from the diet.
