Hi Eileen,

During early stage of pregnancy, it is recommended to use the sap sheets. Using our sap sheets can reduce the symptoms of early pregnancy (dizziness, morning sickness, fatigue, mood changes, leg cramps, constipation, varicose veins and even hermorrhoids) while increasing the health of the body to prepare for the next stages of pregnancy.

After the early stages of pregnancy, female's body undergoes constant hormonal and physical changes, therefore it is not recommend to use any kind of detoxification methods after this period.

After the birth or during lactating period, it is highly recommend to use our sap sheets again to 100% eliminate toxins and heavy metals from being transmitted into the newborn.
