You were absolutely right, the red edition with cayenne was no problem for my dad, thank you for the reassuring me!

I have a question. Am following your schedule for me ("Gena", above). But I also have weight issues that I would like to start working on. Since I have a schedule already for detoxing at night, would you recommend the enhanced grapefruit for weight loss in the daytime (2 pads a day) OR, use them at night (2 pads) ALONG with my prescribed schedule of detoxing pads (ZEO and Gold TRMX3 - see my schedule above).

*Oh! forgot to add. my dad's pads most often have white chunk hard patches in them - while mine are messy and wet usually, (not white). Is his body releasing "uric acid" (white hard patches) from eating meat all his life?
just wondering what it's from as mine is so different when it comes off.
