The reflex points at the bottom of your foot are more susceptible to detoxification because you have higher number of nerve endings in that area. It is perfectly normal. When you place a patch on top of your foot (ankle near groin area), please also apply another patch at the bottom of your foot. By doing this, you may experience detoxing at a faster rate than normal. Please limit to once per day application due to the high detox rate unless your condition is severe.
