Right Pad to use

Hello. I am a very healthy 30 year old, practice yoga for 12 years and teach as well. I have recently gained some weight due to a very stressful move and living conditions. I have not been in a position before where I needed to lose weight and it's only about 5 lbs that I need to lose. I'm also doing a general cleanse of the body. How would I use more than one patch a time? I saw the grapefruit is recommended for weight loss; is there any other foot patch that could assist my body and how often would I use them please?
