We would like to compliment you on being health concious and practice yoga continuously for 12 years. The gold edition (TRMX-2i) or the green edition (KX-2) are the best choice for body cleanse and for stress relief.
To loose 5 lbs of weight, you may only need the grapefruit edition (SS1Li) instead of the enhanced grapefruit (TG-1i). TG-1i may be too strong for you to lose just 5 lbs of weight. Since you practice yoga that involves a lot of stretching, we highly recommend to use the carbon titanium adhesive when administering our pads. The carbon titanium can improve your detoxification experience and may help improve your yoga practice to a different new level.
We recommend the following schedule:
Monday: SS1Li and TRMX-2i/KX-2
Tuesday: SS1Li and TRMX-2i/KX-2
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: SS1Li and TRMX-2i/KX-2
Friday: SS1Li and TRMX-2i/KX-2
Saturday: SS1Li and TRMX-2i/KX-2
Sunday: TRMX-2i/KX-2
Daily dosage is 2 pads per day.
Application area according to the reflexology map:
SS1Li: Stomach, intestines
TRMX-2i/KX-2: Brain, liver, kidney
