The rash is most likely a heat rash, which is common on hot humid conditions or cold weather. When you are overdressed, the perspiration gets absorbed beneath the skin causing the rash. If you keep your body cool, the rash will clear up within a few days.

To relieve the rash, we highly recommend that you use the soothing edition (Aqua Cool TUV) and place the pads directly onto the problematic area (on the sides or back of your neck).

Stress is the most common cause of stiff neck. High blood pressure and blood clots are also common. Sleeping position, sudden turn to the neck, or whiplash (if you had car accident in the past) can also cause this condition. High level of uric acid is related to this condition, therefore you may want to have your uric acid level checked.

Excess uric acid is associated with many diseases such as pain in the joints (from crystal formation), cardiovascular disease, diabetes and metabolic syndrome. Getting the excess uric acid out from your body system is a very good thing to do. White crust on the TRMX-2 or TRMX-2i indicates the removal of the uric acid. Our iSeries pads such as TRMX-2i, WRX-2i, CCi, EXA-2i, AGi are known to have the capability in removing excess uric acid from our body.

Your stiff neck is most likely not caused by these following conditions. However, for precaution, you may want to investigate whether you have other symptoms that fit into any of the following conditions (from common to least common): meningitis (bacterial infection around brain and spine), cervical arthritis (inflammation to the spine), ankylosing spondylitis (inflammation to the vertebrae), rheumatoid arthritis (inflammation to the joints), encephalitis (inflammation to the brain). MRI and CAT may need to be done to evaluate these conditions.

We recommend the following schedule for your condition. TRMX-2i is required to alleviate stress, pain, heavy metals and high levels of uric acid that maybe associated with your condition. In addition, EXA-2i is for high blood pressure, to eliminate the risk of blood clots and high levels of uric acid. The Aqua Cool TUV is for treating the rash on the sides and back of your neck.

Monday: TUV and TRMX-2i
Tuesday: EXA-2i and TRMX-2i
Wednesday: TUV and TRMX-2i
Thursday: TUV
Friday: EXA-2i and TRMX-2i
Saturday: TUV and TRMX-2i
Sunday: EXA-2i and TRMX-2i
Dosage: 2-4 pads per day.

Placement area:
Aqua Cool TUV: directly onto the problematic area (neck)
TRMX-2i: Brain, liver, kidney, stomach, intestines according to the reflexology map.
EXA-2i: Heart according to the reflexology map.
