The best combination perhaps carbon titanium adhesives with regular socks as carbon titanium adhesives help secure the pads into the feet as well besides providing enhanced benefit from using the pads. Re-usable socks may not be able to secure the pads well enough without the adhesives. However, it is a very interesting idea and we will look into it as it may provide additional benefits to the users.
