Hi there,

To alleviate symptoms associated with inflammation to the digestive tracts, such as Ulcerative Colitis (UC), the recommend pad is the red edition pads (EXA-2).

Please apply the EXA-2 pads directly on the reflex points of the colon (middle part of the foot sole). For more details, please refer to the reflexology chart on www.kenrico.com
