Excess uric acids can be found in the joints throughout the body. Gout and kidney stones (nephrolithiasis) can develop due to high levels of uric acid. To remove excess uric acid, it is highly recommended to administer our pads onto the reflex points of kidney and joints (kness, legs, upper back, lower back, shoulder, etc) according to the reflexology chart at http://www.kenrico.com/kenrico_reflexology.html.

We recommend the following schedule:
Monday: CCi and TRMX-3
Tuesday: LEXIRIN and TRMX-3
Wednesday: EXA-2i and TRMX-3

Saturday: ZEO and TRMX-3
Sunday: EXA-2i and TRMX-3
