Hi Margaret,

1. Bone spur is know to cause pain and naturally form naturally on the back of the spine as person ages. It is a sign of degeneration in the spine. Bone spurs can also happen on feet, toes, heel, or hand areas. If the bone spurs are causing pain, we recommend using the gold edition pads (TRMX-2) as soon as possible.

2. We highly recommend using the red edition pad (EXA-2) to prevent blood clots. For treating Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, please use both the gold edition pads (TRMX-2) and green edition pads (KX-2).

3. Using the hot edition pads (WRX-2) directly on the C section of his spine, and the gold edition pads (TRMX-2) at the bottom of his feet directly on the reflex point of spine is highly recommended.

4. Our carbon-titanium adhesive is considered an upgrade to the regular white adhesives because it can provide many benefits where the regular white adhesives cannot. Please contact your trusted supplier about our carbon titanium adhesives.
