Various Health Issues - Your recommendations

We received a query from one of our clients who raised the following health issues:

Message:

"Previous breast cancer march 06. Oestragen related cancer. Mildly u/active thyroid, often adrenal exhaustion. Could do to lose a few kilos. I should stay off yeast and sugar
but sometimes I don't. Therefore need patches that will help with detox,energy,weight loss ,fatigue and improved sleeping patterns, also occasional hot flushes and emotional.

Could you outline a weekly plan using these patches. And how long should I use them? Does my body need a break at some point from them?"
