Hi Lin,

We recommend using our gold edition pads (TRMX-2) and red edition pads (EXA-2) to relieve allergy symptoms. If Eczema is present, please also use our green tea pads (CC).

Pain in the legs and knees may be caused by arthritis or joint inflammation. We highly recommend you to use the TRMX-2 and/or the hot edition pads (WRX-2) with our new carbon titanium adhesives.

Phlegm is the mucus secreted in the respiratory passages and often expelled from the mouth such as in a cough. Acute phlegm production may suggest acute upper respiratory tract infection (e.g. common cold or influenza), viral pneumonia or bacterial pneumonia. Chronic phlegm production is more suggestive of chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis, tuberculosis, lung cancer or asthma. We highly recommend you to use our blue edition pads (FX-2) as soon as possible.

Dermatophytes (causes fungal infection) are most commonly responsible for onychomycosis (toenail fungus). Please also use our blue edition pads (FX-2) directly onto the infected toenails. The FX-2 has a natural antimicrobial property that is very beneficial for people suffering from onychomycosis. Yeast (candida) may cause fingernail onychomicosis as well. If you are suffering from candida, please include our green edition pads (KX-2) in your usage schedule.

Please follow the usage schedule as indicated below:
Monday: EXA-2, TRMX-2
Tuesday: FX-2 (toenail and foot soles), KX-2
Wednesday: EXA-2/CC, TRMX-2
Thursday: FX-2 (toenail and foot soles), KX-2
Friday: Rest
Saturday: EXA-2/CC, WRX-2
Sunday: FX-2 (toenal and foot soles), WRX-2
