water/shower filters

hello,
A few questions..
1. will the water purifier work with faucets which don't have a faucet cap to unscrew? the end of the faucet doesn't detach.

2. will the shower filter reduce water pressure and potentially be unable to travel through the shower head in some showers? (such as the electric/power showers)

3. with water that has a hardness of about 85 ppm, will the shower head filter reduce that water hardeness level? If so, by how approx how much?
