Hi Peter,

1. Question: will the water purifier work with faucets which don't have a faucet cap to unscrew? the end of the faucet doesn't detach.

Answer: It will work, however you will need to retrieve adaptors from your local plumber or house improvement centers.

2. will the shower filter reduce water pressure and potentially be unable to travel through the shower head in some showers? (such as the electric/power showers)

Answer: Unlike normal shower head filter, our shower head absolutely will not obstruct the water flow to a degree where the water unable to travel through. If you have some concern about clogging, the best thing about our shower filter is that it can be cleaned by opening the shower head. Just twist the body of the shower head to access the filter and then run a warm water through the ceramic filled cylinder for 5-10 minutes once in a year.

3. with water that has a hardness of about 85 ppm, will the shower head filter reduce that water hardeness level? If so, by how approx how much?

Answer: The NSF testing shows that water hardness of 300 ppm can be reduced to 60 ppm (240 ppm of reduction or about 80% reduction) with our water purifier. For the shower head filter, the reduction capability is considerably less (about 50% to 80%) due to its size, but it is still a very potent filtration and the best shower head filter for shower purposes.
