Daily dosage of 4 pads per day can be achieved by administering 2 pads per application (1 pad on each foot) 2x a day, or 4 pads per application (2 pads on each foot) 1x a day. You are free to choose the best application method as long as it is within the dosage that we recommended.
On the Monday's schedule, for example, you can place the TG-1i on the reflex point of stomach and EXA-2i on the reflex point of suprarenal gland. If you prefer 4 pads per application, you can place 1 TG-1i on the reflex point of stomach and 1 TG-1i on small intestine, plus 1 EXA-2i on the reflex points of heart and 1 EXA-2i on suprarenal gland.
