The TG-1 or SS1L pads play an important role in diet and weightloss program. Both the SS1L (grapefruit pads) and TG-1 (enhanced grapefruit pads) contain Pectin. Pectin reduces the rate of entry of the carbohydrates into the bloodstresm, thereby lowering excess insulin secretion to promote weight loss.

The TG-1 (enhanced grapefruit pads) contains a very high amount of Pectin and is used primarily to reduce a lot of weight. If your goal is to prevent weight gain and to maintain your current ideal weight (as maintenance program), the SS1L may be more effective for you.

You can apply TG-1 and SS1L pads daily after meal or at bedtime directly onto the reflex points of stomach and intestines. For application area, please refer to the reflexology map at http://www.kenrico.com/kenrico_reflexology.html

To increase body metabolism, the EXA-2 (red edition pads) and the gold edition pads (TRMX-2) are highly recommended.

The enchanced grapefruit pad (TG-1) and green tea pad (CC) are the pads recommended for treating cellulite. The TG-1 and CC pads can be applied to the same reflex points of stomach and intestines at the feet.
