The symptoms that you experience may indicate problem to your thyroid (Hypothyroidism). In hypothyroidism, weak hair, thick and brittle nails, dry skin are very common.
The imbalances that you experience (thin but hungry) could be the result of smoking. Nicotine causes psychological symptoms that include changes in body temperature, heart rate, muscle tone, and appetite. The more you smoke, the less you will feel hungry thus making you eat less. When you skip smoking, you may experience nicotine withdrawal causing you to feel hungry and eat more.
The smoke from the tobacco also contains roughly 4,000 chemicals, many of which are carcinogenic (poison). When these chemicals come into contact with the skin, it trigger oxidation and destroy skin cells resulting in yellowed and craggy dry skin.
To treat hypothyroidism, the gold edition (TRMX-2 or TRMX-2i) and green edition (KX-2) are highly recommended. The grapefruit pads (SS1Li) or the enhanced grapefruit pads (TG-1i) are the best pads to help your body reach a perfect weight balance. Using the SS1Li or the TG-1i can help your body to lose weight.
We recommend the following schedule:
Monday: TRMX-2i and KX-2
Tuesday: TRMX-2i and KX-2
Wednesday: SS1Li/TG-1i
Thursday: Rest
Friday: TRMX-2i and KX-2
Saturday: TRMX-2i and KX-2
Sunday: SS1Li/TG-1i
The recommended dosage is 2-4 pads per day.

TRMX-2i: Thyroid gland, brain, spleen, thymus, liver, kidney.
KX-2: Thyroid gland and brain.
SS1Li or TG-1i: Stomach, small, large intestines, colon, duodenum.
