which pad is right for me?

With 27 different sap sheets to choose from, how do you know which one to buy for your conditions? I can't seem to find a breakdown by health concern, age, gender, whatever. If anyone can point me in the right direction: I'm caucasion female, 41, good health and energy, but a few health issues: stage 4 endometriosis with chronic pelvic pain, melasma (dark blotchy discoloration on the face) and no libido - all related to excessive estrogen production; severe eczema, especially on my face; acne; dark circles and thin, fragile skin; slender but with cellulite; and poor circulation - bruise easily and chronically-cold hands and feet. Can anyone suggest the best sap sheet)s) for me to use? Thanks so much. LE
