50 pounds overweight and morton's neuroma in the right fee

Posted on March 30, 2018 at 07:35:33 AM by hernan vasquez
hello:
I am hernan Vasquez, 51 years old, 234 pound weight, and 5 feet 7 inches height.
I was gain weight in the last two years 20 pounds in one year and 20 pounds the second year but the last three months I gain 10 pounds, total 50 pounds, I am uncomfortable with that situation,.
I did all my annual physical check out and I don't have a big problems about glands or thyroids, only I have my cholesterol high in 220 and triglycerides in 230 and my testosterone is low was in 150.
I feel pain in all my body, neck, shoulders, legs and foot are worst. probably because I was diagnosticated with Morton's neuroma in my right feet after I injured my right knee.,1 year ago.
That condition limited my exercises and swimming practices.
today I suffer when I walk and I have pain in all my body from the morning to the night.
I am looking some protocol that can improve my condition.
thank you in advance
