Re(1): a few problems

Thanks for your answer.
Can you please explain me better how to use 4 pads a day? should I put the same kind on both feet for 6 hours, and then the second kind on both feet right after I take off the first kind, or should I put a different one on each feet?
Second question that you didn't answer: Can I also apply a pad directly on my swollen inflamed finger? Will it help draw the inflamation out? If so, which kind of pad?
Third question; for how long should I do this protocol? What is the recommendation for maintenance afterwards?
Thanks
